2.1 We endeavour to keep all information on our site both up to date and accurate, however on some occasions this is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed. The website contains copyrighted information which is obtained and used under license from the copyright holders.

2.2 On some occasions some of the functionalities of the website can be suspended temporarily during maintenance and repair operations. We will do our best to ensure that these occasions are as brief and infrequent as possible.

3. Sales Taxes 

Sanneh hair shop charges value added tax within the European Union.

4. Order Confirmation

4.1 We confirm all submitted orders via email. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 12 hours, please contact us by sending an email to Sanneh-extensions@hotmail.co.uk.
4.2 Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you e-mail confirmation that we have dispatched that product to you. Any other products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of the contract.

4.3 Telephone Orders – we accept telephone orders between Tuesday – Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.  Please call our dedicated order line on 020 8819 7656  You will need to quote the product/order number listed below the item description, or simply quote the item description.

5.1 By using this website, or entering into correspondence with Sanneh hair Shop or any company or organizations connected thereto, you accept full responsibility for all data and electronic communications sent from your computer to us.

The purchaser must determine if the adhesive, tools or any other products are suitable for their particular requirements and is to be used for professional use only. We do not accept any responsibility for hair coloured or altered after purchase.

By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product, which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. Sanneh hair Shop is absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you.

Product information

Stick Tips and Nail Tips are a approximate of 0.5/ 0.8 grams. We can custom make 1gram strands please call for information.

Wefts are an approximate of 90 grams to 100grams.

11. Ordering

You can Order Products in the following ways:

14.2  by phoning 020 8819 7656 and placing your order with our Sales Team (please ensure to have the Order/product no. available (this can be found below the item description).

When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order.

Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email should there be any problems. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.

12. Price

The price for each Product is shown on Sanneh hair Shop.

We always try to make sure that the prices on Sanneh hair Shop are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or canceling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

Prices are quoted are in UK pound sterling - outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate.

13.. Returns Policy

All returns must be in accordance with our terms conditions:

16.1 We advise you send all returned items by a signed/tracked courier service that will insure your goods to their value and can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We are not liable for items that do not arrive with us or are deemed lost by your courier and no refunds will be given on items that do not arrive back with us. Should a problem arise with your sent item and you have used a signed/tracked courier service, they will be able to help locate the item.

16.2a   In accordance with UK Hygiene Legislation and our Terms & Conditions, the return of hair Extensions products is not accepted should the item show evidence of being tried on, used, worn or fitted. The returned product must be unused and in a resaleable condition. All packaging and labels must be in tact and in no way cut or damaged.  All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon their return. 

Due to Distance selling regulation you are entitled to a 7 Day 'cooling period' so if you are not happy please send your item back unopened within 7 days and we will refund your order. This does not not apply if its handmade or customized for you.  

If you are ordering a large quantity please ask for a sample first. In no circumstances will we refund if item is late ( you should leave enough time to arrive or check with us) or if you just decide you no longer want the product. We will also not refund after the 7day period but we will exchange or issue a credit note up to 28 days after your item has been dispatched.

16.2b.We will issues a refund within 7 days if we have recieved the hair still sealed in the packaging. If we recieve the hair after this date and there is no reason other then wrong item sent we will not refund and you are only eligible for replacement or a credit note.

 Please ask for a sample if you want to test or see the hair before ordering. Please note we are not able to do anything until we recieve the hair back.

Customized orders: Will not be refunded or exchanged in any circumstances. Please ask for a sample or the hair before ordering

This applies to customers purchasing bulk hair and then adding a tipping service or customers ordering hand tied wefts and customizing the length and weight.

Customized tips: You will be purchasing the bulk hair and we will make the tips during this process you will lose some of the weight of the hair approx 0.5-0.10 grams.

Customized hand tied wefts: You will be purchasing the bulk hair and we will tailor make the weft your requirement during this process you will lose approx 2 inches of length and 0.5-0.10 grams.

Customized clips in : You will not lose any weight or length.

16.3 If you require a different product (rather than a different length or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

16.4 In the case of hair extensions, if you are unsure of the colour you require, then please contact us by e-mail as we offer hair extensions colour match service.

16.5 In the case of dvds purchased only dvds that are damaged and unuseable will be accepted for refund or replacement. However, the item must be returned within seven (7) days. All postage and packaging costs relating to returns will be met by the purchaser.

When you have completed your order confirmation you can make payments in any of the following ways:

 Entire Agreement

The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Sanneh hair shop and any associated companies. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by the owner of Sanneh hair Shop.
